When will my order ship?
ACTRA MAG 4G — Estimated ship date: January 2027.
ACTRA is currently available for preorder. Orders ship in the order they were placed, and we’ll email you as soon as yours is on its way.
- Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipping.
- Delivery may take a few extra days during peak periods, bad weather, or carrier delays.
If your order can’t ship by the estimated date, we’ll email you with a new estimate. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on all orders.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account at actra.ai and select Orders to check the status.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Email support@actra.ai with your order number and the new address. Since preorders ship in January, we recommend checking your address before then.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days. If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us within 15 calendar days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
