Pre-order details
How can a deposit pre-order receive 6 months of Plus?
We’ll email you two weeks before your expected shipment date. Pay your remaining order balance within 3 days of that email and receive 6 months of Plus in total. Otherwise, your deposit pre-order includes 1 month of Plus. Your total device price remains $199; optional ACTRA Care is an additional one-time purchase.
When will my remaining payment be collected?
If you haven’t paid early, we’ll email you at least 3 days before automatically collecting your remaining payment, once your order is ready to ship. The email will show the amount and charge date, with options to update your payment method or cancel. For deposit pre-orders, any ACTRA Care you select is included in that remaining payment.
Can I cancel before shipping?
Yes. You can cancel any time before your order ships and receive a refund of the amount paid.
Can I return the device after delivery?
You can request a change-of-mind return for a refund within 15 days of delivery. The device must be unopened and unactivated, with its original packaging intact. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
