Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders

ACTRA Mag 4G is sold as a pre-order, either paid in full ($199) or reserved with a $19.90 deposit. You can cancel either type of pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund of the amount paid, including any ACTRA Care added to the order. To cancel, email support@actra.ai with your order number, or use the cancellation option in your reminder email.

Deposit pre-orders and remaining balance

A deposit holds your place in line. First-batch units go to orders paid in full first. If your deposit pre-order is allocated a first-batch unit, we will email you on January 5, 2027 with the amount and charge date, and automatically charge the $179.10 balance, plus any ACTRA Care you selected, to your saved payment method on January 8, 2027. You can pay the balance early or cancel at any time before the charge.

If the charge fails, we will retry once a day and email you each time. If it still fails after 7 days, we will cancel the order and refund your deposit. Deposit pre-orders that do not receive a first-batch unit move to the next batch automatically and can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipping.

ACTRA Plus plan

Included ACTRA Plus periods do not renew automatically. A paid plan starts only if you choose one. You can cancel a paid plan at any time in the ACTRA App, and it stays active until the end of the current billing period.
